  • The LCS Presents Amazing Adventures: An Exhibition of Art Inspired by the Works of Jules Verne

This is a group show and each artist whose application is successful will need to submit an A4 300dpi digital or original version of their artwork for the show before February 22nd 2019.

The final artists will be selected by 1st January 2019. All of the applicants will be considered and judged on their merits by our panel of industry experts.

Works, if not original, will be printed and framed on behalf of participating artists. If you think you might post us an original piece rather than sending us a digital file of your artwork, you don’t need to decide that now. We can send you the information you need for that once you’ve made up your mind.

An exhibition of the work will be held in London on the 11th April 2019. All of the final artwork will be included in a catalogue showcasing the project and published by the LCS as a catalogue of the exhibition. All of the framed prints will be for sale with the artists getting 100% of the sale of the first print. Unsold prints will not be returned.

Being a member of Hire an Illustrator for this LCS project is required at this point in time. If you wish to become a member click here. If you need to rejoin HAI, email Darren or Jane and let us know you'd like to become a member again.
This is a community group project and show, so if you'd like to help out and be more involved in the project, tick this box. Please note that we're UK based and the exhibition will be in London. We need people who can be hands on, so if you're not able to travel, don't tick this box.
