Little Chimp Submission & Pre-Order Mail Me Art

I can’t believe it’s been nearly 2 months since my last Apefluff update. I keep meaning to post more regularly, but it never seems to happen. Well, lots of big news to talk about. The LCS has gone through a change, you no longer need to login to submit your news. Plus we now have lots of different post types on the site, including a well laid out page for your events, wide videos and some very cool supersize images. You can also submit websites and simple quick links now. All in all, we’re moving with the times.

Next bit of big news, and this one’s really big. You probably didn’t realise, but the LCS is also a publisher. We released the “Medium without a Message” exhibition catalogue a couple years ago and we have a few books in hand for future release, but right now after months of work from me and Beach… You can pre-order yourself “Mail Me Art: Short & Sweet” and as you’re kind enough to read my rarely updated blog, I’m happy to offer you £10 off a copy. All you need to do is use the coupon code POSTBOX at the checkout. It really is a fantastic book and I’m so happy with how Mail Me Art has turned out this year.

Last bit of news… For now. There’s only one month to go until we’re in London for the Mail Me Art exhibition. There’s loads of work left to do, but it should be brilliant fun and I can’t wait to meet some of the illustrators who have RSVPed. Leave a comment or email me if you fancy coming along to the Private Viewing, it’s going to be busy, but I’m sure we can squeeze a few more in.
