This image was made for a prehispanic music project. It’s inspired by a mesoamerican solar disc found in Teohtihuacan (Mexico). Its meaning is a mystery, but archaeologists think it was a representation of the decadence of their culture and the beginning of a new one.

This illustration was made for a coffee shop (located in Cholula, Mexico), it will be printed on large format (5.50 x 7 mts) mount on metal canvas and used as a false facade on the coffee building. I think it will look nice and decorative. The coffee shop concept it´s all about art nouveau and this image was inspired by Prague.

Beatrix G – Anyone know what a Floripondio is?

These are illustrations created for a comic strip series. Was a proyect for a workshop of graphic narrative for a university (Universidad Iberoamericana. Mexico). The central idea was a girl living on a metaphysical – surreal world, where all imposible were possible, spirits, telepathy, mistical cats and other characters live in this world as well. I try to create an impossible world.
