On June 16th, Genome Gallery will present a group exhibit entitled ‘Botanica’. Curated by Scott Scheidly, ‘Botanica’ invites over 20 artists from the new contemporary art movement to evoke popular symbolism related to plant-life. Christopher Umana is one of the artists featured in the event. Above is his piece titled “The Absinthium Ascension”.
